I've been an entrepreneur for most of life -- focused on basically one thing: getting rid of clutter in every form! Many of our clients stuggle with clutter because of their interest in so many things!
The first half of my life is full of too many options and possibilities. The clutter problem goes away as you reverse the habits of the first half with this question: How is this (thing, piece of paper, item) benefitting humanity, today? No clear answer? Then donate everything useful and fill the trash bin with the rest.
Yes, to more than one calling. I've alternated between writing and art-making for most of my life. We learn who we'll become by what and who we seek out.
I'll bet that is true for you, Russell. When we have multiple callings, then it's about using that great big brain to figure out the through lines. Then communicate the through lines. The glue for the story. Otherwise, we are alone with our thoughts instead of connecting the world through our hundreds of points of light.

AMEN!

In early life it's about staying curious, and finding our calling. Listening to our internal guidance system.
